(Edward) Guy Hillier (1857-1924) was the Peking Agent of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, informally in 1889, and formally from 1891 until his death. The man on the left might possibly be Charlie Gordon? Photograph on a carte de visite, by Ying Cheong. See Hi-s107.
