University of Bristol - Historical Photographs of China reference number: Jn-s52.  Photograph mounted on card, with photographer's name (KIANG CHAN SHANGHAI) and Chinese characters.  Group of men with four children, including one man with his daughter.  Kartar Singh Sangha is the fifth person from the left, standing in the third row (behind chairs).  In the background may be a residential block, maybe near the  Sikh temple (gurdwara).  Probably very early 1920s.
