University of Bristol - Historical Photographs of China reference number: Co-s093. Jiang Xi (Jiangxi) Guild Hall (万寿宫or Wan Shou Gong Temple or Wanshou Temple), Huize, Yunnan Province. The Jiangxi guildhall or the 万寿宫 temple was probably built in the Qianlong period, but might be older. Its present structure probably mostly dates to the 1830s, when it was extended. The theatre stage is famous for the inscriptions on both sides of the stage, which read: 天地无私，贵贱皆为角色 (right)；古今如梦，往来只换衣冠。(left). See Co-s094.
