Beheaded leaders of the 1911 Revolution: Peng Chufan and Liu Fuji

These men were executed on 10th October. Along with another executed leader, Yang Hongsheng / Yang Hung-sheng (1886-1911), they were honoured by the Republican government as the 'Three Pioneering Martyrs of the Revolution'.
