University of Bristol - Historical Photographs of China reference number: Fu01-025. Picture taken at Northern Hot Springs on 12th February 1940. See Fu-n258 (the negative). See also Fu04-005. Min Chin is holding a Voigtländer 'Superb' camera, probably owned by Fu. This twin lens reflex camera, with a unique parallax correction device, was made by Voigtländer and Sohn (Braunschweig). It used 120 film, making negatives 2.25 inches (57mm) square. The camera was introduced in 1933.   Northern Hot Springs Park (Pei-wan-chuan Park, Beiquan), near Pei-pai (Beibei), 30km north of Chungking (Chongqing).  See also Fu-n258 (the negative), Fu-n296, Fu02-051 and Fu04-005.
