University of Bristol - Historical Photographs of China reference number: Sw29-154. Khaki cloth Kodak Negative Album, 12 cm x 9.5 cm. 187 negatives sized 1.5 inches x 1.25 inches -:- 40mm x 30mm. The album was later labelled P62/V.  The large rock in the river is Yanyudui (Yen-Yu-Shih - The Goose-Tail Rock). Yanyudui was a great rock in the entrance to the Qutangxia Gorge. It was dynamited in 1957. Something like this view of Qutang Gorge (瞿塘峡) is printed on the Chinese bank note 10 Yuan (CNY) / 10 Renminbi (RMB). See Sw22-146.
