The Lunghua Civilian Assembly Centre (C.A.C.) was an internment camp located on what is now the campus of Shanghai High School. Photographer's blind stamp: Oscar Seepol Shanghai. Photograph taken by an Oscar Seepol studio photographer (maybe Oscar Seepol himself?) soon after the relief of the camp. The fourth man from the right, holding the paddle, is David Hopkins Davies, missionary.
