Edward Butts Howell (1979-1952), IMCS/CMCS employee and plant collector, is sitting on the far right, facing away from the camera and holding a flower or plant. Indigofera howellii from NW Yunnan and NE Myanmar (Burma) is named after E.B. Howell. Reginald Hedgeland (R.F.C.H.) is sitting nearest to the camera. See He01-068.
