The album was later labelled P2/V on the back cover. This is a view from Chongwenmen (Respect for Culture Gate) or Hadamen, looking north along the main street into the Tartar City (Inner City), Peking (Beijing). The building on the left is the Methodist Hospital, also known as the Hopkins Memorial Hospital, run by American missionaries. The hospital became the Tongren Hospital (同仁医院).
