Palmer, Attwell Collection
Walter Attwell Lynch Palmer (1892-1975) served in the Shanghai Municipal Police, and subsequently worked for the Asiatic Petroleum Company. Attwell Palmer married Lilian Emily Burton in Shanghai on 20 October 1926 and they had a son, Colin Attwell Lynch Palmer (1929-2018). The family were interned at Yangchow Camp C, Yangzhou. 143 images in two albums (HPC refs: Pa01 and Pa02) and loose photographs (HPC ref: Pa-s).
